On Monday, we had some friends over to play. I don't know if it's a toddler thing or a twin thing, but it seems Eli and Micah some times have difficulty playing with other kids. It's not that they are mean to the other kids, it's just that others don't know the "rules" of the games like Eli and Micah. When Eli and Micah are playing together, they intuitively seem to know when it's time to change games or trade toys. I don't know how they know, but they do. So when Gordon initiated this game with Eli (standing) and it looked so fun that Micah joined in, I just had to have a picture of it! They were rolling the trucks back and forth to one another and all three were laughing!

Now Eli is getting good at backing up and shooting the ball!
(I'm not sure what happened to their pants on the afternoon
I took this video--the boys probably sat in tree sap.)

It has been very warm here this week. Since the pool is in storage for now, I filled the water table for the boys to splash in. They had a great time! In most of the pictures, Eli is the one with the big smile on his face. In the video, Micah pretty much stands in one spot, while Eli is walking to different sides of the water table.
After all of our fun in the water table, Micah wasn't ready to get dressed when we came in. I decided that was not a battle I was going to fight that day. So we went on about our day, but when I got the broom out and Micah wanted to play with it...I couldn't help myself. I had to take a picture of him! (Okay, I took 3 pictures of him!)
