-laugh at your brothers a lot.
-sit by yourself really well and will reach far out in front of you to reach a toy that has rolled away.
-started teething! (You have two bottom teeth now.)
-act like you want to crawl, but haven't quite figured out where your legs and arms go, so mostly you scoot backwards or in a circle on your bottom.
-get a lot of attention from your brothers. They like to feed you, bring you cold toys, and place pillows all around you on the floor in case you fall. Micah often offers to check on you if Momma is busy when you wake from a nap.
Micah & Joshua*
-take 3 naps during the day, but are flexible if we have playgroup during your usual morning nap time.-"talk" to us a lot.
-are curious about lots of things and will put anything in your mouth.
-love to eat, especially finger foods!
-started signing "more" and "all done" at mealtimes.
-like going to play group, especially when you see your friend, John.
*Side note--I almost cry every time I see this picture. Literally, Micah has not willingly held Joshua since the day Joshua was born. I think he looked at Joshua a couple of times in the hospital, but other than that, Micah has not been thrilled with this addition to our family. We've been working with Micah and praying for him and his relationship with Joshua. We are so thankful that God has answered our prayers! In fact, for this picture, Micah was watching me change Joshua's diaper, then he asked me to put Joshua in the chair next to him. Once they were all settled and "talking," Micah looked up at me and said, "You should take a picture of us." We still have our good and bad moments, but that's siblings, right? Paul and I continue to work to meet all the needs of our three young men and pray God will continue to develop their characters and relationships with one another.
