I love October! It's just so...PINK!
This Friday night was Concordia's homecoming.
All month, the athletes are wearing pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month in honor of a beloved office worker at the school who is currently fighting this disease. Yes, even the football players had pink socks and shoelaces.

On Saturday, we took a quick trip to the zoo. The boys requested to see the Meerkats, so that was our first stop. This picture was from our stop at the bear exhibit. Eli asked to pet every animal we saw, so we definitely went to the children's zoo to touch the goats.

He was soaking wet, but he had a GREAT time!
