On Friday, we took all three boys to the zoo and had to stop by the meerkats first, of course!
This young elephant was busy eating and the boys couldn't get enough of watching him!
The jaguars were out and active. (The one in the middle of the picture was rolling over on its back.)
The monkeys were exciting as always. Eli & Micah thought this monkey playing with a basketball was hilarious!
This picture just makes me smile.
Both boys were brave and pet this snake...
and this lizard.
Even the snakes were active this trip.
When we got home, we started making our natural egg dyes.
We had fun experimenting with colors and I think they turned out pretty great!
On Saturday, we took the boys to pick strawberries.
After church on Sunday, we came home and had an Easter egg hunt!
Micah (blue) and Eli (green) did a great job finding all of the eggs.
Obviously, Joshua couldn't find eggs this year, but he liked being surrounded by them!
After nap time on Easter, we visited Ms. Rachel and her chickens (where we get our eggs). Eli and Micah each found a real egg in the hen house!
They were excited to meet the chickens, too!
We had a great family weekend celebrating our risen Savior!
