We poured our mixture into this bucket. Here's Eli sprinkling some of the seeds on top.
Then we dipped the frame into the pulp and cleaned off the extra--Eli and Micah's favorite part!
After we were done making all of our cards, Eli and Micah wanted to splash in the leftover paper pulp.
When they were done playing, I poured the extra seeds into our garden and hosed the boys off. They had a great time making the cards and were so proud of the finished product!
With our cards, I wanted to send everyone a picture of our growing boys.

I got a picture with each of the boys on Mother's Day.
And lots of kisses, too!
Besides the smiles and kisses, I got another gift for Mother's Day. Paul took Eli and Micah out to the garage on Saturday and they made me a
large trellis for these Passion flowers to grow on. Soon, I should have
a whole wall of them!
Paul also picked up some banana trees and planted them for me. While Eli and Micah were watching Paul dig the holes, Micah said, "Mom, I'm hungry for a banana." It was hilarious to see them eat their bananas while we were planting banana trees and talking about how tall the trees will have to be before we get to pick bananas from them.
They did get bored with watching Paul dig, so they played a little baseball.
Unrelated to Mother's Day, we have been gardening a lot lately. I bought most of these plants already established, except for the basil, parsley, zucchini and acorn squash, which I've grown from seed.
Everything in this bed is from seed. Since taking these pictures, everything is even bigger! Now, if I can just keep the caterpillars off the broccoli, we should be in good shape!
Also unrelated to Mother's Day, Eli and Micah got these bikes as an early birthday present from Nana and Papa. Don't they look so grown up?
