March Madness

In addition to Spring Break, we have had a fun-filled March! Here are a few of the highlights.

We celebrated Dr. Seuss' birthday with "Schlopp" (granola and yogurt with a blackberry on top) and "Pink Ink" (pureed blackberries layered with a strawberry smoothie).

Eli and Micah love to do everything with their dad--even mowing!

Micah is warming up to Joshua and has been caught playing with him, talking to him and smiling at him. Usually, Micah will look up and say, "He smiled at me!" :-D

Micah (left) and Eli (right) have been entertaining the fans at Paul's softball games for the last three years. This year is no different. The boys have been more interested in actually watching the game and cheering appropriately. They don't quite understand all of the rules of the game, so they shout at the players for throwing bats or other things they deem "naughty."

We got to go strawberry picking. Unfortunately, we went shortly after a rain, so many of the strawberries were rotten on the plants and it was very muddy.

At least we got to spend some time with our good friends!

Joshua has been rolling from his back to side in order to reach toys.

We watched the big UNC/KU match up last weekend. Joshua wasn't taking sides, so he wore both onesies! :-)

Ginger still loves Joshua...
and his bed. When I first found her, she was laying upside down with all four paws in the air right next to him!
As you can see, she was in no hurry to get out of his bed...and he slept through it all!
