9 months!

Joshua, at 9 months you:
-are 28.75 inches (60th percentile) and weigh 17 lbs. 2 oz (10th percentile).
- like to read and turn pages in books.

-still giggle a lot (especially when we play peek-a-boo).
-love your brothers and continue to watch everything they do.
-can clap. (sorry this video's so dark)

-are curious and getting into everything.
-fuss/whine when you are redirected from an activity or if your brothers take a toy from you.
-say "mama" and "dada," but not always with purpose--just because they're fun sounds to make.
-make the "F" sound when you see fish.
-enjoy playing outside.
-love rolling and trying to throw balls.
-sign "more" and "all done" at meal times. (Actually, you often sign "all done" when you're tired and need a nap, too!)
-love finger foods and would prefer feeding yourself than spoon feeding.
-are working so hard on crawling that it has interrupted your sleep patterns.

-will sit up in your bed at naptimes and cry for help to lay back down.
-like blue toys--especially the blue stacking cups and links.
-scoot on your bottom backwards all over the living room.
-finally learned to crawl!
-are now working on pulling up. You've done it once all by yourself.
-can walk around a stationary toy (while holding on) and surprised Momma with this skill at the library.
-get lots of compliments on your dimples and blue eyes.

This has been a busy month for you, Joshua, and you have grown so much in the last couple of weeks! It's fun to watch you learn, grow and explore!
