At 10 months, you:
-had your first (and second!) ear infections leading to your first antibiotic.
-are such a good eater! You now prefer finger foods to purees.
-love to eat peas, broccoli, carrots, all fruit (especially bananas), and any bread.
-can pull yourself to standing.
-love crawling over and pulling up onto Buddy's food/water station. I have to remind you that it's Buddy's, not Joshua's, 30 times a day--no exaggeration!
(yes, this is how he crawls everywhere!)
-are curious about many things, including what is behind every shut door. I gave you this cabinet to play in, so now you open EVERY cabinet door--including the ones at Mrs. Rachel's house!
-haven't gotten back on track with your regular sleep patterns, but usually you go to bed at 7PM and wake at 4AM, then again at 6:30AM.
-now take two naps every day.
-still suck your thumb to go to sleep every night/nap.
-go to the nursery at church every week. We often hear, "We love Joshua! He can come any time he wants!" from the nursery workers.
-love your big brothers and want to do everything with them! (Sometimes, they even play peek-a-boo with you, like Eli here.)
-know where your ears, hair and tongue are.
-like all toys that rattle and test every new toy by shaking it.
-often dance when a toy plays music.
-can throw a ball or roll a car to me.
-have discovered hats and like putting them on, then taking them off again.
-sign "all done" when finished eating, ready for bed, or needing a clean diaper.
-have gotten really good at signing more (like the picture below) for things other than food. Here, you're asking for the hat back.
-had your first visit to the dentist, which you hated.
-have a little separation anxiety when Momma leaves or is about to leave.
-gave up blowing raspberries for sticking your tongue out. You even do it when I ask you to.
Joshua, you're still a joy to parent.

What a sweet, sweet baby! The video of Joshua crawling is hilarious! Isn't it great that he's starting to communicate in so many different ways? What a bright boy! I love the picture of him all curled up, sucking his thumb while sleeping. So precious.
